Pupil Council – giving the pupils a voice!

The role of the pupil council is to convey any pupil concerns or suggestions to the Head Teacher. The children meet as a Pupil Council and plan improvements and/ or changes.

At the beginning of each session the children prepare a small presentation for their classmates on why they would make a good class rep. Twice monthly the reps set up a help desk in the cloakroom area where pupils can 3C – complain, comment or compliment the school! The reps then take these comments and any class issues to the meetings.

Parent Council members are invited to  attend our meetings so that they can get involved in supporting the children of the school.

We try to make a difference to the learning and the ethos of the school.
